DESCRIPTION:
German wall clock, 8 day time and strike spring driven movement in ornate walnut case, c1900
CONDITION:
Old original finish is dark and dull, but no major losses or damage. Large crest appears original. White porcelain dial has a bit of discoloration but no cracks; its brass surround is a bit bent. No sign that there ever was a beat scale. Gridiron pendulum probably should have an R/A bob. Unsigned movement looks clean and recently oiled. Ht 41"
